OTANIYIEN
A qualified personal trainer for over 15 years, Otaniyien’s approach to helping clients achieve their health and aesthetic goals is steeped in education and a long term view of wellness. Otaniyien’s aim for every client is that they ultimately become more confident and autonomous in the gym, and progress at a pace that feels comfortable.
No matter what your goals or where you are in life, a core pillar of Otaniyien’s approach is to ask the question: ‘am I ageing well?’. Addressing this question with an interventionist approach will ultimately get you in the best shape of your life and keep you there.
KARL
Karl first met Otaniyien 10 years ago as a personal training client, and found that his approach to training was very much about mindset and its importance in gaining results. Fast forward a decade, and they have now developed a unique system which combines expert mind coaching with personal training.
A psychologist for 16 years, Karl’s approach focuses on coaching, behavioural assessment and development, and individual wellbeing. Karl will help you understand the way your personal learning strategy influences the way in which you get results, and help your personal trainer tailor your experience in the gym.
