I worked an office job, I was living and working at home, and my eating habits were not great. I've been working with Otaniyien & Karl for about 6 months, and the results have been dramatic. It's been a complete lifestyle change.
I've learned a ton of valuable skills - how to properly do exercises and use weights, the importance of moving your body every day, and the importance of the food you eat to fuel your body.
I've completely shifted my mentality. Fitness and activity are priorities for me every day, plus eating healthy, more filling foods. Not only have I been able to see the physical changes (I've lost weight, gained muscle, and had to buy new clothes that actually fit!), but the mental benefits have surely outweighed the physical.

An important lesson Otaniyien has helped me understand is the mental side of building muscle. In addition, Otaniyien has been insightful and knowledgeable in helping me better understand my nutrition needs, and how to ignore the faddish nutrition plans we all seem to be bombarded with.
Finally, as full on as a session with Otaniyien is, it’s important for me to recognise that moments of intensity are invariably followed by moments of humour, and I can’t think of a session where we have not had a good laugh.

With Otaniyien's structured plan for both training and diet I have really seen the results. Not just physically but also in my confidence to lift bigger weights and to train harder.
Otaniyien keeps things simple and trains safe, but he also pushes you hard! He ensured my technique was spot on before loading more weight and regularly tracked my progress before changing the training and / or diet.
I have trained with a few personal trainers over the years, and I can honestly say Otaniyien has been the best. Personable but he gets straight down to business when training. If you are looking for someone who will push you, in a safe and simple way, I recommend him very highly!
